TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: September 2026

These Terms of Service govern transportation services provided by PACIFIC SOBAKA MOBIBIKA LLC, doing business through Mobibika Booking (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By requesting, booking, or using our transportation services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Transportation Services

Mobibika Booking provides prearranged private passenger transportation, including airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly chauffeur service, and other prearranged transportation services.

Transportation must be arranged before pickup. Availability is not guaranteed until the Company confirms the reservation.

For limousine service in Washington, state law requires limousine transportation to be arranged in advance and the fare to be agreed upon before departure.

2. Reservations

Customers must provide accurate booking information, including:

passenger name;

telephone number;

pickup date and time;

pickup location;

destination;

number of passengers;

relevant luggage or special transportation requirements.

The Company may request additional information reasonably necessary to perform the transportation service.

3. Pricing

The price of a ride will be disclosed or agreed upon before transportation begins.

Quoted prices may be based on factors including trip distance, estimated duration, vehicle type, waiting time, airport fees, tolls, parking fees, special requests, and other applicable charges.

Additional charges that were not reasonably foreseeable when the reservation was made may be charged only where permitted and disclosed to the customer.

4. Payment

Payment may be collected through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.

By providing a payment method, the customer authorizes the Company and its payment processor to charge amounts properly due under the reservation and these Terms.

The Company does not directly store complete payment card information when payment is processed by a third-party payment processor.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave in a manner that does not threaten the driver, vehicle, other passengers, or members of the public.

The Company may decline or terminate transportation when reasonably necessary for safety, including situations involving:

threatening or abusive conduct;

dangerous behavior;

unlawful activity;

intentional vehicle damage;

prohibited substances or items;

conduct that materially interferes with safe operation of the vehicle.

The customer remains responsible for charges already incurred.

6. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning

Customers may be responsible for reasonable cleaning or repair costs resulting from unusual damage or contamination caused by the passenger or members of the passenger’s party.

Any such charge should reflect the actual or reasonable cost of cleaning or repair.

7. Luggage and Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage and personal belongings are collected when leaving the vehicle.

The Company is not responsible for unattended or forgotten property except to the extent required by applicable law.

If an item is found, the Company will make reasonable efforts to coordinate its return.

8. Delays

Travel times are estimates only.

Traffic, weather, road closures, airport operations, government restrictions, accidents, or other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control may cause delays.

9. Compliance With Law

Transportation services are provided subject to applicable federal, Washington State, and local laws and transportation regulations.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 2026

We want cancellation terms to be clear before a customer books.

Standard Reservations

A customer may cancel a reservation before the scheduled pickup time.

For now, while you’re starting, I’d make the policy relatively customer-friendly:

Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup:

Full refund of prepaid transportation charges.

Cancellation between 2 and 24 hours before pickup:

The Company may retain up to 50% of the scheduled transportation charge.

Cancellation less than 2 hours before pickup:

The Company may charge up to 100% of the scheduled transportation charge.

No-Show

A passenger may be considered a no-show when the driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location, makes reasonable efforts to contact the customer, and the customer does not appear within the stated waiting period.

A no-show may be charged up to the full reservation amount.

Airport Pickups

Airport waiting periods should account for normal flight and baggage delays.

Where flight information has been supplied, the Company may reasonably adjust pickup timing based on actual flight arrival.

Company Cancellation

If the Company cannot provide a confirmed ride and no acceptable replacement transportation is arranged, prepaid transportation charges for the affected ride will be refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

⸻

BOOKING & RIDE RULES

Prearranged Transportation

All rides must be booked or otherwise arranged before pickup.

Washington limousine rules prohibit ordinary limousine chauffeurs from soliciting immediate rides or picking up passengers who have not prearranged service.

Passenger Information

Customers must provide sufficient information for the reservation to be documented and performed.

Washington limousine regulations contemplate records containing the person arranging transportation, pickup time/date/location, destination, and whether payment is due or prepaid.

Smoking

Smoking or vaping inside Company vehicles is prohibited.

Vehicle Safety

Passengers may not interfere with the driver or vehicle controls.

Seat belts must be used where required by law.

Children

Customers are responsible for informing the Company in advance when transportation involves children or requires a particular child-restraint arrangement.

Applicable Washington child-restraint and passenger-safety laws apply.

Luggage

Customers should disclose unusually large quantities of luggage or oversized items when booking.

Transportation may be declined if passengers or luggage cannot be carried safely or legally in the reserved vehicle.

Illegal or Dangerous Items

Passengers may not bring unlawful, hazardous, or dangerous items into the vehicle.

Respect for Property

Passengers are responsible for avoiding intentional or negligent damage to the vehicle.

Driver Safety Authority

A driver may refuse to begin or may terminate a trip where continuing transportation would reasonably create a safety or legal risk.
